Glenn Feagans is a McLean Va. native, who attended Langley H.S. and Virginia Tech. The son of a prominent McLean Realtor, Glenn's Real Estate career began in 1986, beginning with R. E. Appraisals, Commercial and Residential Property Management, as well as Quality Control for a large builder/developer, until finally settling into Real Estate Sales in 2005. Glenn realized early on that New Custom Homes was the hot market segment in the McLean, Great Falls, Falls Chruch, Arlington area, and began a mission to develop relationships with most of the prominent, as well as smaller, Custom Home Builders in his specialty market. This enables him to bring unique opportunities to his New Home Buyer Clients by getting them greater access to new homes…. not just what's publicly listed, but also homes that are not yet listed to the public, as well as exclusive access to builders (and lots) for custom builds. He believes that providing "Value Added" and working "Outside the Box" by using his unique contacts and skill set is the only way to serve his clients and to keep them referring their friends. He works with both Sellers and Buyers in the Northern Virginia market, and is licensed in Virginia only. He refers his Maryland and D.C. business to his partners.
